*The Fall and Spring due date is the date Drop/Add End per the Academic Calendar. Dates shown for Fall 2027 and forward are drafted according to recently approved official calendar construction rules and should be considered unofficial until further notice.

Billing Dates and Deadlines

Enrolled students are billed per term (summer, fall, and spring).  Students and their Financial Authorized Users view their billing statment after 4:00 p.m. (EST) on the billing dates for each term within the academic year.  When making a payment, please allow enough processing time for receipt of the payment. Depending on the payment method, it may take up to 3 weeks for the payment to post to the student account. 

Late fees are assessed according to the Student Accounts Past Due Policy.

Summer 2026 Billing Schedule

Aid disbursement begins on June 12, 2026.

Fall 2026 Billing Schedule

Aid disbursement begins on August 24, 2026.

Spring 2027 Billing Schedule

Aid disbursement begins on January 11, 2027.
