Program
Trobár’s MuckAbouts are informal, participatory explorations of music and the arts. Past sessions have included shape-note singing, Gothic cathedral architectural drafting, Renaissance dancing, and more.
For this event, students from CWRU and artists from Trobár will lead the group in songs from their upcoming concerts, sharing the stories, meanings, and cultural contexts behind the music.
All are welcome to join in!
Venue
The Haven Lounge (Haydn Hall, Room 100) is a multi-use space where Department of Music students, faculty, and staff can relax, socialize, and study. The lounge is also available by reservation for special events, rehearsals, or practice after hours.
Guests will enjoy viewing historical photographs of The Haven when it served as the main dining and social hall for Haydn Hall, alongside posters from past Rock & Roll Hall of Fame’s Annual Music Master Series.
