Seeking Education Specialist and Education Coordinator in Washington, D.C.

The Case Western Reserve University Master of Science in Anesthesia Program is seeking an Education Specialist (Job ID 7744) and an Education Coordinator (Job ID 7836) for our Washington, DC branch.

The Education Specialist is responsible for providing overall administrative management and coordination to the faculty and staff of the MSA Program. The education specialist will be responsible for clinical onboarding, finance, marketing, budget, recruiting, event management, and human resources for Washington. The education specialist will also cover office management duties, when necessary, and collaborate with the Manager of Administrative Operations to address clinical rotation responsibilities and other key administrative duties. 

The Education Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the faculty and staff of the MSA Program. The coordinator must be able to work both independently and collaboratively to support daily operations. The coordinator will connect with current and prospective students, engage with faculty, and support the CWRU Network. They will focus on supporting the Manager of Administrative Operations and Education Specialist, and must have knowledge of administrative best practices, record-keeping, and data management. Knowledge of admissions and development would be a plus.
