It is a way to support and appreciate graduate and professional students and to emphasize the contributions, impact and value they have on college campuses throughout the United States. The Office of Graduate Student Life (OGSL) works to create an annual week of lively events, programs and acknowledge the 6000+ graduate students in our community.  OGSL encourages the campus to recognize the graduate students within their department, school or college during a week in April. These efforts could include a poster in the office saying thank you, a note of appreciation, acknowledgment at a departmental meeting, an informal virtual lunch or coffee hour, or giving students the opportunity to attend one of the virtual or remote campus events scheduled during the week.
