Mindful Activity Hour
University Health and Counseling Services will host activity hours, starting the end of January in the Tinkham Veale University Center Senior Classroom B.
Tuesday, Jan. 30, 1 to 4 p.m.: Build a zen garden
Wednesday, March 27, 2 to 5 p.m.: Mindful activities and crafts
T.H.I.N.K. Suicide Prevention Training
Talk. Help. Identify Signs. Navigate Resources. Kindly Refer. T.H.I.N.K. is a virtual suicide prevention training to help people recognize warning signs and assist others who may be having suicidal thoughts.

Rethinking Anxiety and Depression
This three-session, in-person workshop is intended to help increase understanding of anxiety and depression. Learn how to successfully recognize symptoms and gain insight on creative ways to manage depression and anxiety as a student.

Wellness Wednesday
Wellness Wednesday is a collaboration between University Health and Counseling Services and the Office of Multicultural Affairs (OMA) to provide educational workshops on a variety of wellness topics. Space is limited, so registration is recommended. All Wellness Wednesday's will be held in OMA’s office space in Sears 409.
