The Commencement Office is looking for dependable students to help make commencement 2024 a special and memorable day for this year’s graduating class. Commencement volunteers are critical to ensuring this campus tradition is enjoyable, celebratory and smooth for everyone.
Volunteers will assist with weekend ceremonies at the Veale Convocation Center on Saturday, May 18, and Sunday, May 19. Polo t-shirts and lunch will be provided to all volunteers on both days. There will also be a mandatory meeting on Thursday, May 16, at 4 p.m. in the Veale Convocation Center.
Additionally, the Commencement Office will cover the cost of an on-campus housing extension from Monday, May 13, to Monday, May 20, for all volunteers who complete their volunteer assignment.
