Dana Dai is the Online Admissions and Enrollment Manager for the Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences. Dana has a demonstrated history of enhancing the experience and academic success of international students. She has worked in health care partnering closely with The Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities empowering children and adults with disabilities to advance their independence, productivity, and community inclusion. She also spent many years in the client relation, data assessment, and brand development space engaging the diverse population. Dana is passionate about supporting students in their educational journeys and professional development. She received her BS in Communication Studies from Kent State University and her MA in Communication Management from John Carroll University.
