Nicole Parker, LSW, CNM is a Field Faculty Advisor and Instructor at the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences. She earned her MSW in Social Work from Cleveland State University, a Certificate in Nonprofit Management (CNM) from The Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences, is a licensed social worker (LSW), and currently working to earn a second Masters degree in Nonprofit Organization (MNO) from Case Western Reserve University. She is certified in emotional intelligence, and as a domestic and international adoption assessor.

She has over 15 years of experience in non-profit environments focusing in program development and evaluation, civic engagement, fundraising, strategic planning, child welfare, education, international social impact and social entrepreneurship. She has a blended background in direct practice and community practice for social change. Her areas of expertise include international social work, International NGO’s, child welfare, community development and social impact, international and domestic adoption, and orphan care. She has evaluated programs in Kenya, Zambia, Ethiopia, India, Honduras, Cameroon, and Poland.
