Fall Semester Tuition Refund (Adjustment)
After the 100% tuition refund (adjustment) deadline (normally, the add/drop period using the Regular Academic Session), tuition refunds (adjustments) are only available if a student withdraws from all courses for the term.
- Dropping individual courses after the 100% deadline does not result in a tuition refund (adjustment).
- Tuition refunds (adjustments) are based on a sliding‑scale percentage (100%, 75%, 50%, 25%, or 0%) schedule and the deadline for each percentages will be different depending on a student's program (see tables below for Fall 2026 deadlines).
- Students enrolled in School of Medicine programs should contact the School of Medicine Registrar’s Office with questions about term withdrawals.
Fall Semester Student Fees
- If tuition is refunded at 100%, student fees are also refunded at 100% (with some exceptions).
- If tuition is refunded at less than 100%, student fees are not refunded.
