Please refer to the tables below for the refund schedule (deadline) for tuition due to drops and term withdrawals for Spring 2026.
For Spring, the refund schedule (deadline) after the add/drop period (as defined by the Regular Academic Session) uses the sliding scale percentage when ALL courses are dropped (meaning a student must do a term withdrawal to receive the sliding scale percentage for the Fall semester). There are NO refunds for individual courses dropped after the add/drop period (as defined by the Regular Academic Session) for the Spring semester. Please refer to tables below for Spring refund schedule (deadline). For the School of Medicine programs, please contact the School of Medicine's Registrar Office for questions on term withdrawals for the Spring semester.
When tuition is refunded at 100%, student fees are also refunded at 100%. If tuition is refunded at any other percentage, student fees are NOT refunded.
