As the Director of Finance for Student Affairs and the Provost I oversee the finance area within the Student Affairs Operations Groups. We support the departments within the Division of Student Affairs and the Office of the Provost in the areas of budget, forecasting, procurement, travel, sponsored projects and other financial matters.
I have been at CWRU for 15 years, first serving as the Associate Director of Housing for eleven years and now my current position. Prior to coming to CWRU I worked at the following schools: Oberlin College, Northern Kentucky, The College of New Jersey, Kansas State University along with a couple positions in the corporate world. My undergraduate degree is in Accounting from Western Michigan University and my Masters in Higher Education Administration and College Student Personnel from Kent State University.
I have three kids who I am very proud of: one a CWRU alum, one going to Oberlin College and one going to Carleton College. I still live in Oberlin and yes the commute can be a long one but I have come to find it the norm after all these years.
