Cleveland Bucket List
The Cleveland Bucket List is for Case Western Reserve University students and features interesting places to see and fun things to do before graduation. The Center for International Affairs typically organizes trips and offers recommendations to help students experience Cleveland and U.S. culture. For the 2020-2021 academic year, they have revised the Cleveland Bucket List to feature options that students can explore remotely or in-person while observing social distancing.
Stay connected with Cleveland and its many assets from wherever you are over winter break through CCEL’s CWRUinCLE Challenge! This self-paced, everyone-wins competition allows you to choose your own adventure by completing and logging at least one unique virtual or remote Cleveland activity within each of the below categories—art, community, education, nature, and wellness.
Virtual Career Lab
Career Lab is an open, welcoming space where current undergraduate and graduate/professional students can drop in for career help. You don't need an appointment. You don't even have to know exactly what you need. Just show up, stay as long as you like, ask questions and get answers! For the fall 2020 semester, all Career Labs will be held virtually and will be posted as events in Handshake.
Virtual Career Fair for Juniors and Seniors
Case Western Reserve University is a member of the Career and Internship Connections (CIC), a 16-school consortium that hosts an annual job and internship fair for opportunities in the New York area. During the fair, you'll be able to interact with companies from a wide range of industries, learn about internship and full-time opportunities and make connections for future interviews.
Mock Career Fair
Looking for tips and advice on how to navigate a virtual career fair? Join the office of Post-Graduate Planning and Experiential Education for a virtual Mock Career Fair on Jan. 21 from 4 to 5:30 p.m. EST. This event will consist of a 35 minute panel from 4 to 4:35 p.m. with industry professionals sharing their advice on how to best prepare for and succeed at a virtual career fair. Students will then have the opportunity from 4:40 to 5:30 p.m. to sign up for individual one-on-one sessions with the industry professionals to practice your pitch and receive feedback.

Escape Tremont Virtual Escape Challenge
Cleveland Public Library has developed a virtual escape room challenge for adults: test your familiarity with Tremont and Cleveland. Go it alone, in a group, or compete against friends and try it multiple times. Just have fun and earn some local bragging rights!
