MyApps - Android

Add Citrix Workspace to your Android device so you can access MyApps from your tablet.

  1. Visit the Google Play Store and search for "Citrix Workspace". Click "Install" to download.
  2. Open Citrix Workspace App.
    1. If you're asked "Allow Workspace to use Citrix Workspace service?", select "Allow".
    2. If you're asked "Allow Workspace to access photos, media and files on your device?", select "Allow".
  3. Click "Get Started".
  4. In the "Email address or Store URL" box, enter "myapps.case.edu".
  5. Enter your CWRU Network ID (abc123) and passphrase.
  6. Use DUO for two-factor authentication.
  7. Successful login will show the Home area.

  1. View all available streaming apps by clicking on "Apps" in the top menu.
  2. Scroll through list to the program you wish and click the star to turn it yellow.
  3. Click "Home" to view your favorites.
  4. To remove from the list, click on the star for that app to turn it white.

  1. Click on the app you wish to start.
  2. Use software as needed.
  3. At the top of the screen click on the white down arrow to see options. Click on "Home" to return to the Home screen and select another software.

  1. Click "Desktop" from the top menu.
  2. Select the desktop you wish to start. Depending on your role at the university, you may see more than one desktop (e.g. Student Desktop, CWRU Desktop).
  3. You will now see a virtual Windows desktop.
