Network Printing
A Network Printer is available in Haydn Hall (Room 216) and Denison Hall (Music Library).
Graduate Student Use
All graduate students are welcome to use the scanning function at the machine. Additionally, printing and copying are available for tasks related to their current roles as Graduate Assistants or Instructors of Record.
Network Printer Instructions
What is my Department ID (Copy Code)?
Your Department ID (Copy Code) has been activated and corresponds to the last four digits of your CWRU Employee/Student ID number. Please use this code for printing, copying, and scanning. If you are unsure of your code or need assistance, please contact Jennifer or her student assistant.
What About My PIN?
The "PIN" field is only required for accessing confidential documents in the print queue at the machine. You can disregard this field (leave it blank).
If you need help troubleshooting or setting up the printer, please contact Ken Wendt for assistance. For urgent issues or support outside regular hours, the Helpdesk is available at 216.368.HELP or help@case.edu.
Other Printing Locations Include:
- Kelvin Smith Library: Scanning, multimedia, and digitization services are available.
- FedEx Office in Thwing: Professional printing services are available. (fees apply)
- wēpa Print Network: Print stations are located across campus.
Offices Supplies
