Hi! I am in charge of our state-of-the art Dental Simulator Lab, maintaining the equipment, teaching students and faculty how to use the equipment and demonstrating. I also assist faculty with other instructional media including Blackboard and our Electronic Classrooms. I act as back up for our IT Director, some server maintenance and troubleshooting, generate Crystal Reports of clinical data for researchers and provide desktop support when needed.
I came to work at CWRU in the summer of 1999. I started out in Central IT for the University where I served in varied roles such as a Help Desk Analyst, Documentation Specialist and Network-ID Administrator. I had a brief stint as a Call Center Operations Coordinator for an outside firm before moving to the Dental School.
In my free time I enjoy calligraphy, sewing and collecting hobbies.
