Mugisha will attend the ceremony via livestream from Uganda, as travel from Uganda to the United States is restricted due to the Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Note: If travel restrictions are lifted and visa application processing resumes, Mugisha may attend the event in person on campus. The events will continue to be livestreamed.
