Stress Relief Training for Young People & Families

Silhouettes of people jumping with multicolored background panels.

Many young people and their parents have high levels of stress. Despite the high levels of stress among families, few research studies have been done to find ways to help. Our team has put together an 8-week training that teaches meditation and sleep skills to help young people and their families reduce stress.

Research studies being done by Dr. Heather K. Hardin and her team are trying out a new way to teach stress relief to young people and their families. Because different age groups of young people have different needs, we have separate studies for youth (ages 10-13 years), teens (ages 14-17 years), and young adults (ages 18-24). We are looking for young people and their families to try out our stress relief training and tell us what they think about it.
