The mission of CWRU homecoming is to instill pride in our community—students and alumni, faculty and staff, family and friends—through engaging activities that encourage lifelong connection.  Hear from Professors Sharon Milligan and Robert Fischer on the power of non-governmental organizations and social work linkages (pending approval, social work credits will be offered for attendees) followed by a celebration of the Grace Longwell Coyle Professorship appointments of Drs. Milligan and Fischer. The event is open to all and free to attend (refreshments, hors d'oeuvres and complimentary parking available). Social work Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are available for in-person attendees from the state of Ohio—pending approval.      CEUs are not available for livestream attendees. Grace Longwell Coyle made a profound impact on group work study and its practice. Her books and classroom presentations were landmark additions to the field of group work education, contributing to the critical analysis of group leadership, group behavior and the professional education of social workers.
