Hi folks. I have been participating in the CWRU Wellness Program since I came to campus over 10 years ago. I have been a Weight Watchers member since 1987 (yes, you read that correctly) and a lifetime member since 1992 and still follow the program. I try to do at least one wellness series each time they are offered, and I especially like the Mindful Movement and Vinyasa Yoga series. I was not a yoga person until I started doing these via Zoom, and they are great for those with some back issues and us runners with tight hips. Ask me about the wellness sessions, I may have done any that have been offered.
