I believe what it means to practice wellness looks different for everyone—it's not 'one size fits all'. Being a wellness champ, I hope I connect people with activities that make them feel their best, as well as discover some new ones that fit into my own routine! For me, at the moment, wellness is taking walks outside, reading a good book, finding a tasty meal (either at home or out) that fits my dietary restrictions, taking Pure Barre classes and sitting in the sauna. Who knows what habits I'll grow over the next year!
