For planning purposes, please plan to register by no later than 5 p.m. ET on Wednesday, October 13.

Of course! Homecoming is open for ALL alumni. A special class dinner will be held for those celebrating a reunion year.

Though we will be prepared for a limited number of walk-up registrants, advance registration is strongly encouraged to hold your space at meals and to ensure an accurate count of meals and alumni souvenirs needed. In addition, any special meal requests must be made by Oct. 13, as our ability to honor on-site special requests is extremely restricted.

We sincerely hope that does not happen, but if it does, please call the Alumni Office immediately at 216.368.3924.

Check-In/Help Desk

Location
Check-In: Tinkham Veale University Center, 11038 Bellflower Road (Behind Thwing Center)

No, you are still able to attend the events you registered for even if you did not check-in at the Tinkham Veale University Center, however, you will only receive your Homecoming gift at this location. For dental school events, please stop at the registration table at each event, and your name will be on the registration list.

Class Specific Information

After you have registered, your name will appear on the Look Who’s Coming list located on the reunion website. The list will be updated at minimum, once per week, until Homecoming and Reunion weekend.

Transportation and Parking

For School of Dental Medicine events held on Saturday, Oct. 23, at the Health Education Campus, you can park in the JJ Garage (1956 E 93rd St, Cleveland) directly across from the Sheila and Eric Samson Pavilion. There is a fee for parking in this garage.

Diet and Special Accommodations

Please contact the Office of Alumni Relations at 216.368.3924 or dentalalumni@case.edu regarding any special dietary needs, or indicate any special needs along with any dietary restrictions with registration.

All of our events and activities are considered accessible for those who may be disabled. Taking a shuttle to or from campus will involve several instances of boarding and exiting a passenger bus, as well as walking to and from the campus location. For best preparation, please advise any special accommodations required prior to the beginning of the weekend

Attire

Business casual attire is appropriate for most daytime events. Business/cocktail attire is appropriate for the scheduled evening events.

Children

Children are always welcome at Homecoming and Reunion events, although there are no specific activities planned for them. This is a wonderful time to share your CWRU experience with your children. Please advise us if there will be someone under the age of 12 attending any of the meals. There may be a children's menu option available for them at a reduced price.

Childcare services will not be offered during the weekend. 
 

Reunion Giving

The School of Dental Medicine Annual Fund provides essential support for the School’s highest priorities. These funds are critical to the School’s success in adapting programs to stay at the forefront of dental medicine.  

Support the School includes information about giving to the School of Dental Medicine including Annual Giving and Planned Giving.

No amount is too small to contribute. Please make all contributions based solely on a personal level of comfort. Any and all gifts to the School are welcomed and greatly appreciated. If you would like to setup reoccurring payments, please contact the Development Office at 216.368.3480.

Internet Access

While on campus, you are welcome to use the CaseGuest wireless network on your device. This public network is unsecured and does not require a password for access. As this is a public network, sensitive data such as credit card numbers, should not be inputted, as the connection is not secure.

Photographers/Videographers

By attending Homecoming and Reunion Weekend, you agree to allow your image to be used for future marketing and advertising purposes. All photos are property of Case Western Reserve University.  If you do not wish to be photographed at a particular event, please advise a staff member at each event you attend.

Banking

Numerous ATMs are available on and near the campus to provide you with banking services 24 hours a day. ATMs can be found in the ground floor of Crawford Hall, Tinkham Veale University Center, Nord Hall, Fribley Commons, Leutner, the Richard F. Celeste Biomedical Research Building, as well as in many off-campus establishments in the area.

Volunteering for the Weekend

You can help by assisting your Class Representatives and the school in finding "lost" alumni and by making the decision to participate in the weekend’s festivities, and then encouraging others to do so as well!

Volunteers will also be needed for select School of Dental Medicine events throughout the weekend.
