Internal Advisory Board
Purpose
To embrace the Marian K. Shaughnessy Nurse Leadership Academy’s vision to make the Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing the “Leadership Destination.” The Advisory Board consists of representatives from the school including students, staff, alumni and faculty.
Goals
- Develop leadership knowledge and skills of all students, staff, alumni and faculty
- Highlight the school’s legacy and its impact on the profession
- Provide opportunities to learn from experts and each other
Global Advisory Board
Purpose
The Global Advisory Board exists to advance the mission and long-term impact of the Marian K. Shaughnessy Nurse Leadership Academy by providing strategic guidance, expanding its global network of nurse leaders, and championing the Academy’s programs and initiatives. Through their expertise, engagement, and advocacy, board members help shape the Academy’s strategic direction, promote its programs, connect outstanding speakers and Fellows, and strengthen philanthropic and leadership development efforts that cultivate the next generation of nurse leaders.
