The Samuel H. and Maria Miller Postdoctoral Fellowship Program addresses the shortage of nurses in leadership positions by preparing the future of executive leaders in nursing and healthcare. The program targets nurses who occupy essential leadership roles in healthcare delivery and academic nursing. The goal of the program is to provide participants with leadership skills to affect positive change.
