Children's COVID-19 Vaccinations This Saturday

To the Case Western Reserve Community:

We are pleased to announce that Case Western Reserve again will be offering to administer doses of Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine to your children and dependents ages 5 to 11 this Saturday, Nov. 13.

This weekend’s children’s vaccination session takes place from 8 to 11 a.m. at the Health Education Campus

Members of the campus community whose children or dependents are ages 5 to 11 can schedule their Saturday morning appointments by completing this form.  

The doses will be administered in Room 119 of the Health Education Campus' Sheila and Eric Samson Pavilion, located at 9501 Euclid Ave. Its main entrance is located on East 93rd Street, directly east of Cleveland Clinic’s JJ Garage, which offers paid parking. 

Free parking is available at the lot immediately north of the Dental Clinic (9601 Chester Ave.).

Please remember, only those with appointments will be able to receive doses.
