To the Case Western Reserve Community:
We are pleased to share that the university is able to offer a second vaccination session for children ages 5 to 11 next week.
CWRU faculty, staff and students can now schedule appointments (see link in email) for Monday, Nov. 8, between 4:30 and 6:30 p.m. The doses again will be administered in Ballrooms A and B of the Tinkham Veale University Center.
Please note: Only Case Western Reserve faculty, staff and students can schedule appointments for Monday's session.
For more information regarding vaccines for children and teenagers, please visit this Centers for Disease Control and Prevention webpage.
If you are unable to schedule an on-campus appointment Monday, please note that Walgreens has announced that select pharmacies will begin administering Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines to children starting Saturday, Nov. 6, and CVS Health shared it will begin administering children's doses starting Sunday, Nov. 7, at select locations. In addition, this state website provides information regarding vaccine sites across Ohio.
