Required Hybrid Trainings This Week

To Our Faculty and Staff:

We wanted to send a quick reminder that online trainings start today for those who hope to participate in the university’s new Staff Hybrid Work Program.

President Eric W. Kaler announced the program last week after our campus-wide task force recommended a model that seeks to increase flexibility for staff and also advance the university’s mission.

As part of the program, all staff and supervisors who want to be part of a hybrid work model within their schools or units must attend an online training. While we have designated this week’s trainings by individual schools and other university units, all are open to staff across Case Western Reserve—as well as faculty who serve in supervisory roles.

We expect to provide additional training information in the coming weeks, but encourage you to take part in one of this week’s live online sessions if possible. For more information about the schedule, please visit this page.
