Our Technology

The AEGD Clinic offers state-of-the-art dental services in all areas of general and specialized dentistry, incorporating a number of technological innovations, such as CEREC, laser treatments, Nobel Clinician software, digital x-rays, and the teeth in a day process.

Laser Treatments

A laser

Lasers can be used to reshape gum tissue in order to get proper form and shape of teeth and restorations. It is used to remove soft tissue growth that may be an esthetic or functional issue. Lasers seal off blood vessels and nerve endings during procedures, reducing bleeding, postoperative pain and swelling.

Nobel Clinician Software

Using the Nobel Guide treatment concept, dental implants can be planned and performed with precision. The software ensures accurate diagnostics, planning and implant placement. The doctor is better able to identify available bone, while virtual implant placement helps to guide the implant placement according to your needs. This also aids in minimally invasive surgery techniques.

Digital X-Rays

Dental x-rays are important for diagnosing, treating and maintaining dental health. The AEGD department has been equipped with a wireless mobile x-ray unit and digital x-ray, which enable a more precise view of the image on a computer monitor with less exposure time compared to traditional radiographs.

Teeth in a Day

The teeth in a day process will allow you to have your implants placed, with temporary teeth over the implants the same day and the final prosthesis fabricated several months later. This technique requires several visits of planning and pre-fabrication of the temporary teeth that can be worn during the time that the implants are achieving their final healed state.
