SPARCRequest is the “Front Door” or entryway to all elements of the CTSC program.
This service is designed to connect researchers from all partner institutions with the resources necessary to conduct their research more effectively.
The types of services offered include:
CTSC Resources: Guidance on CTSC research resources
Research Process: Assistance with research process questions
Collaborator and Core Resources: Match researchers to potential collaborators as well as core resources
Data and Safety Monitoring: This service is to help investigators understand an appropriate data and safety monitoring schema. If a Data and Safety Monitoring Board (DSMB) is required, will work with study team to create and implement the DSMB Charter.
Data Transfer and Data Use Agreements: This service is to assist investigators with moving study data to and/or from an institution.
Research Education: Upon request, individual and group sessions are offered on the following topics:
- The Research Process
- Data Safety and Monitoring
- Research Data and HIPAA
- Essential Documents/Regulatory Binders
- Roles and Responsibilities of the Study Team
