Throughout winter break, the university will continue to offer a number of remote and online resources that may be helpful to members of our community.
University Health & Counseling Services
Case Western Reserve University offers Timely Care, a 24/7 telehealth service that undergraduate, graduate and professional students can access from wherever they are. Through CWRU Care, students can talk to a licensed provider via smartphone or any web-enabled device.
Services include Talk Now (24/7 mental health support), scheduled counseling, medical visits, workshops and classes, and peer community.
Four Year Advisors
Drop-ins will end the last day of finals—Wednesday, Dec. 20—and resume Tuesday, Jan. 16. Students who have questions or need guidance from their advisor can reach out via email or schedule in My Journey when offices reopen on Tuesday, Jan. 3.
CWRU students and affiliate students from Cleveland Institute of Art and the Cleveland Institute of Music have access to special guest and temporary membership rates One-to-one fitness.
Virtual & Recorded Classes
Group exercise classes are instructor-led group workouts designed to help participants reach their fitness goals with motivation and guidance while connecting with others! Classes cater to any fitness level and are offered in a variety of different formats to meet everyone’s needs.
