University Health & Counseling Services
Case Western Reserve University now offers CWRU Care, a 24/7 mental telehealth care service that undergraduate, graduate and professional students can access from wherever they are. Through CWRU Care, students can talk to a licensed provider via smartphone or any web-enabled device.

Virtual & Recorded Classes
Group exercise classes are instructor-led group workouts designed to help participants reach their fitness goals with motivation and guidance while connecting with others! Classes cater to any fitness level and are offered in a variety of different formats to meet everyone’s needs.
Emergency Food Assistance
Food Assistance Boxes
Emergency food assistance will be available for students in a pick-up and go format. Food boxes for current undergraduate and graduate students will be provided by Church of the Covenant in partnership with the Undergraduate Diversity Collaborative, UPCaM and the Office of Thwing Center Engagement and Operations. To arrange for a box of nonperishable food items or to refer a student in need, please contact Shelley Nelson-Bridger.
