In the box below, enter your ADEA AADSAS application ID. Enter this number carefully and accurately, as this is the only way our office will be able to match your payment to your application; otherwise, your supplemental application fee will not be processed and your file will not be advanced in our application process. After submitting this information, you will be taken to our payment website.

Retain your confirmation email and order number that you receive from QuikPAY. If you do not receive an AADSAS confirmation within 1 week after submitting your application, notify the Office of Admissions with a copy of your confirmation receipt.

If you have applied for an AADSAS application fee waiver, we prefer that you NOT submit your supplemental fee until you receive a copy of the letter to forward to the Office of Admissions (dentadmit@case.edu). The timing delay for the fee waiver letter does not put your application at a disadvantage in our screening process. Note that your supplemental fee is NOT refundable unless you provide proof of your payment and a copy of your Fee Assistance Program waiver from ADEA.
