2025 Open Enrollment and Benefits & Wellness Fair
 

Benelect Open Enrollment

Case Western Reserve University's open enrollment period will run Monday, November 4 - Wednesday, November 27, 2024. Review your benefit elections and make any changes for the 2025 calendar year.

Log into HCM and use the Open Enrollment tile to make changes to your health plans, life insurance levels, saving contributions to Flexible Spending Accounts, etc. by November 27, 2024. After November 27, all elections (current or new) will be effective for the 2025 calendar year. 


2025 Benefits & Wellness Fair

Visit the 2025 Benefits & Wellness Fair to learn more about your benefit options. The fair will once again be virtual and in person for your convenience. Vendors will be online November 4 - 8 via virtual booths and online presentations. They will also be onsite in Ballroom A of the TVUC on Wednesday, November 6, 2024. Get your flu shot and more at this year's fair.

Open Enrollment

Benelect Open Enrollment for 2025 starts Monday, November 4th and will run through Wednesday, November 27th. 

Changes in health plans, life insurance levels, saving contributions to Flexible Spending Accounts must be updated by November 27, 2024. After November 27, all elections (current or new) will be active for the 2025 calendar year. In November, log into HCM to review and make changes using the Open Enrollment tile.

The 2025 Benefits & Wellness Fair opens online on Monday, November 4, 2024.  Visit vendor online booths to learn more about benefit options. Meet vendors in person Ballroom A of TVUC on Wednesday, November 6, 2024, 8AM - 4PM.

 

Presentations

Presentations will post after the live session during the virtual portion of the Benefits & Wellness fair.

Benefits Administration is responsible for administering and updating the benefits program.
