In-Person Event will take place on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Tinkham Veale University Center ballroom.
Virtual Event featuring vendor booths and presentations will run throughout the week from Monday, November 2 through Friday, November 6.
On-Site Health Screenings & Services
Take advantage of a variety of services at the in-person fair, including free flu vaccines and relaxing chair massages. Be sure to check out these specialized health stops:
- CWRU School of Dental Medicine: Visit their table for a FREE oral health screening! Dental students, guided by periodontics and oral surgery residents, will conduct intraoral and extraoral screenings and share tips on oral health and the importance of regular oral cancer screening. Meet the staff and learn about comprehensive, on-campus dental services with fees approximately 40% lower than those in private practice.
- The first 100 employees to visit the table will receive a goodie bag!
- Apex Skin Checks: Have a licensed provider examine a spot or area of concern in a quick 5-10 minute spot check. This screening is FREE for anyone who attends the fair, and no insurance is taken or required for the on-site check. If needed, the provider will share findings and assist in scheduling a follow-up appointment at a convenient Apex Skin location (insurance only comes into play for the follow-up).
- FREE Flu Vaccine Clinic with your CWRU ID.
- Take some time to invest in your mental health by attending the "Gratitude That Works: Practical Strategies for Well-being, Connection, and Resilience" workshop. To find more information about these offerings and register for the workshop or chair massage, visit the University Wellness page.
