In some circumstances, Case Western Reserve University employees can be considered for alternative work arrangements. To see if you qualify, review the Alternative Work Arrangements Policy, Alternative Work Arrangements Procedure, and discuss your options with your supervisor or an Employee Relations representative.
Alternative work arrangements are considered on a case-by-case basis and may result in the following:
- Flexible Work Schedule (Flextime)
- Compressed Work Week
- Reduced Schedule (Part-Time)
- Job Sharing
- Multiple Concurrent Jobs
- CASEworks (telecommuting) (exempt employees only)
All employees seeking Alternative Work Arrangements must complete and sign the Alternative Work Arrangement Option Request Form and submit the request to the supervisor to start the approval process.
