Staff Conflict Mediation Services

We Are Here For You, Confidentially

Interpersonal conflict and communication problems in the workplace can be challenging and complicated to navigate alone. By coming together with hope for a resolution to your conflict, open dialogue between you and the person you are in conflict with - along with the support of a trained mediator - can help prevent damage between employees and build a bridge toward future collaboration.

Don't wait for conflict to grow; seek assistance today! And one way to get help is through Staff Conflict Mediation Services.

Mediation is a process where a neutral third party (the mediator) helps resolve disputes between two people, facilitating open communication and perspective sharing, and helping employees reach mutually agreeable solutions. Our Staff Conflict Mediation is:

  • private and confidential
  • voluntary in most situations
  • available to staff employees
