CTSC Passport Program

The CTSC Passport Program invites Early Stage Investigators (ESIs) to explore all that the CTSC of Northern Ohio has to offer while earning rewards along the way. Accessible from your phone or desktop computer, the program makes it easy to participate in CTSC activities, collect points, unlock badge levels, and choose prizes at each tier. Along the way, ESIs can build valuable connections, strengthen their research journey, and access resources that support research and career development.

How It Works

1. Join the CTSC Passport Program
   To get started, click the “Join the CTSC Passport Program” button on this page. The access code to join the passport program is 1234. Once you have created your account, complete your profile and follow the prompts to begin participating in the program. You can access the platform using either your phone or computer.
2. Participate in CTSC activities
   Earn points by engaging in eligible CTSC opportunities, such as:
   1. Trainings and workshops
   2. Consultations
   3. Funding opportunities
   4. Other CTSC-sponsored activities
3. Collect points
   As you participate in CTSC activities, you will earn points that count toward your Passport Program progress.
4. Unlock badges
   As your points add up, you can unlock badge levels at the following tiers:
   1. Bronze
   2. Silver
   3. Gold
   4. Platinum
5. Choose your prize
   Each badge unlocks a corresponding prize tier. Once you unlock a badge, you are eligible for all of the prizes available in that tier.
