Managing Conflict in Teams

Bringing individuals with different backgrounds, knowledge and expertise together to work on interdisciplinary research teams can create challenges which often lead to conflict.  Conflict is a normal part of a team's process, and when navigated effectively can actually be a benefit to the team's work.
