How can I access Box?
Access Box through a web browser, such as an up-to-date version of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox Internet Explorer or Safari. Need to access your files while on-the-go? Search Box from your device's app store and download the Box mobile app for your smartphone or tablet.

Are you paying for your own cloud storage service, such as DropBox? Are you constantly connecting to the Virtual Private Network (VPN) to access your files from off-campus? Do you have restricted data that you need to protect? If you answered yes to any of these questions, Box is for you. Unlimited storage space in Box is available at no cost to current students, faculty and staff members of Case Western Reserve.
Note: While overall storage space is unlimited, the largest file size you can upload to Box is five gigabytes.
How do I get to Box?
All current students, faculty and staff are provided with free Box accounts. Users may reach the service by navigating to cwru.box.com and signing in with their Network ID and password.
