Services
The Case Transgenic and Targeting Shared Resource (SR) serves by generating gene-edited mice, in addition to pathogen control, cryopreservation, and other services.
Services provided:
- Gene editing in mice
- Rederivation
- Cryopreservation and reanimation of frozen strains
- In vitro Fertilization (IVF)
- In addition, we can perform traditional gene targeting in embryonic stem cells, generate chimeras and transgenics
