IBC Meeting Information

The Case Western Reserve University Institutional Biosafety Committee meets once a month on the second Thursday of each month. The meeting location varies. Meetings are open to the public, please contact case-ibc@case.edu for more information. Attendance at meetings will result in your name being recorded in the meeting minutes, which will be made publicly available per NIH requirements.

All new research submissions and requests for continuing review are reviewed by the full committee. Amendments are required for key changes to research plans prior to initiation of changes and, depending on the nature of the change, may be reviewed by the full committee.

The deadline for submissions is four weeks prior to the meeting date.
