The WFD team oversees the core activities of the Clinical Research Professional Pipeline Network and engages in evaluation and continuous quality improvement by monitoring data quarterly, observing trends and adjusting plans accordingly.
The core activities of the CRP Pipeline Network will increase the size, diversity, and competence of the clinical research workforce and ensure that recruitment, education, and retention is addressed in all levels.
