Bioinformatics and Biostatistics Core, Center for Proteomics and Bioinformatics

The Center for Proteomics and Bioinformatics provide bioinformatics and biostatistical analysis of high throughput data including, proteomics, gene expression, RNA seq, network, and pathway analysis. Staff members help with pilot studies, grant and pilot grant applications, training, and analysis and integration of data for both large and small projects. Multiple staff members are available to help based on fee for service or grant based collaboration depending on your needs.
