How to Update Effort Reports: Learn how to read reports, adjust effort distribution, add third-party pay and correct variances. Effort Certification Process for submitting personnel for certification, removing unnecessary personnel, and understanding who needs to certify. How to Clear Variances: Identifying certified individuals, handling variances, and steps to correct discrepancies. Effort Reporting Compliance and Consequences: Certification deadlines, paper certification process, KP restrictions and consequences of not certifying effort.
