Martin Oswald

Martin Oswald is the business systems analyst for the Office of Research Administration Information Technology (ORA-IT) team, serving as a key resource for the team both in project roles and in support of operations. On projects, Martin is often involved with anything from evaluating features for implementation, to testing system functionality, to assisting with troubleshooting technical issues. Martin’s background includes a similar role for the university’s Procurement and Distributions Services and CWRU’s main eStore. Before working in business analysis, Martin was part of the university’s desktop support group that served student-facing staff across campus.
