Meghan Schane-Rambert joined the university’s Office of General Counsel in 2023. Although new to the OGC team, Meghan has been working at Case in the Office of Research and Technology Management for the past few years. Prior to joining Case, Meghan was a solo practitioner primarily focused on dissolutions, estate planning, juvenile law issues, guardian ad litem work, and legal receiverships as appointed by the Ohio Supreme Court. She also is a part-time adjunct professor for Kent State University’s Paralegal Program. Before becoming a lawyer, Meghan spent several years working in the sports industry, running various athletic complexes, and in Major League Soccer as an Assistant Operations Director for the Colorado Rapids.
Meghan received her B.A. from Cleveland State University with a personalized major in Sports Administration and Management, and her J.D. from the Cleveland-Marshall School of Law, where she served as President of the Criminal Justice Society and the Entertainment and Sports Law Association, which she also co-founded.
