Ronald brings over 15 years of information technology (IT) experience—primarily in technical support—to his role at Case Western Reserve University. His career began in the U.S. Air Force, where he started as a network security technician. After transitioning to the civilian sector, Ronald began his path in technical support. He eventually became a team lead on help desks within the property preservation and mortgage industries. In his current role, Ronald supports the Animal Resource Center and Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC).
