Effective for all NIH Research Performance Progress Reports (RPPRs) submitted on or after January 25, 2026, NIH now requires each individual designated as senior/key personnel to provide an annual certification regarding participation in a Malign Foreign Talent Recruitment Program (MFTRP).
Senior/Key personnel that have included an updated other support file using the new NIH common form do not need to include this certification as the other support file generated from ScienCV includes this certifications. Senior/Key personnel that do not include an updated OS must complete this certification.
A signed certification statement must be uploaded in Section G.1 (Special Notice of Award and Funding Opportunity Announcement Reporting Requirements).
