To ensure a smooth transition, proper integration with CITI, and accurate migration of your training records, please log in to the CITI Program using Single Sign-On (SSO) with your institutional credentials. This will properly integrate your account and migrate your existing training records.
You will need your existing (non-SSO) CITI username and password before beginning.
Steps to Link Your Account
Step 1: Access the CWRU CITI SSO Page
Go to the CWRU CITI SSO login page and select your institution (CWRU, UH, or MHS).
If you see the “Institutional Courses” screen, your account is already linked, and no further action is needed.
Step 2: Link Your Existing CITI Account
If prompted, choose “I already have a CITI Program account” and enter your existing CITI username and password to link your training history.
Step 3: Update Your Profile
Review and update your member profile to ensure your contact information is current.
