Final and ready-to-submit funding proposals are due to the Office of Pre-Award Services and Agreements (PASA) at least three business days prior to the sponsor’s stated deadline.
Once a proposal is routed to PASA, that proposal is considered ready for submission and no additional changes will be made unless requested by the PASA Specialist.
For a proposal to be considered final and ready for submission it must adhere to the following standards:
- For System-to-System Submissions:
- The proposal must be in the state Valid for submission in SpartaGrants.
- For proposals being submitted through research.gov and Proposal Central:
- A copy of the final proposal must be uploaded to Funding Proposal (FP)
- The proposal must be released to PASA for submission.
- For proposals submitted directly to the sponsor:
- A copy of the final proposal must be uploaded to the FP.
