- CWRU prefers to include the transfer of data, biological materials, and other materials necessary to complete a project with a subrecipient in the subaward agreement. To help ensure that this occurs, include the need for these transfers in SpartaGrants. For questions about data and material transfer ask your PIs to email cwru-dua@case.edu or cwru-mta@case.edu. Please do not allow your PIs to reach out to the Technology Transfer Office (TTO) about Material Transfer Agreements for a subcontract. This slows down the negotiation.
- Do not send contract templates to sponsors. PASA will ensure the correct template is sent to the sponsor.
- Ensure that Outside Interest Disclosures have been submitted and are current in the system. All key personnel identified as Financial Conflict of Interest (FCOI) investigators must have submitted a disclosure in 2024.
- Ensure that all effort certifications have been completed for the previous reporting period.
