Adrian is the Department Administrator for the Center of Innovative Practices, at the Begun Center for Violence Prevention Research and Education, where he manages various administrative activities.

Adrian has previous public sector experience managing contracts for the City of Cleveland and Cuyahoga County. His oversight has concentrated within community development areas, including social services, affordable housing, greenspace redevelopment, and small business development.

He has previously worked on marketing and outreach for the Opportunity Corridor transportation project, while at Greater Cleveland Partnership. Earlier in his career, he thrived within journalism at midwestern newspapers, with his last role as a features designer at The Plain Dealer, Cleveland.

Adrian holds a Master of Public Administration from Cleveland State University, and a BA in Art from Saginaw Valley State University.
